ALL INDIA COMMERCE CONFERENCE INAUGURATED TODAY AT HAZARIBAGH, RANCHI

Webdesk, TNI Hazaribagh, 06th November, 2015: The 68th All India Commerce Conference was inaugurated at Hazaribag, Jharkhand at the Vinoba Bhave University Campus today. The chief guest of the conference was the first woman Governor of Jharkhand cum Chancellor Smt. Draupadi Murmu. Apart from this, the other delegates present were the former Union Minister of NDA 1 Mr. Yashwant Sinha, Human Resource Development minister of Jharkhand Neera Yadav, Local MP cum Minister of state in central government Jayant Sinha and others. The program is scheduled to conclude on November 8, 2015. Earlier the University of Karnataka has taken the responsibility to host the conference of 2015 but they refused to host it because of some problems and then three months ago the All India Association of Commerce teachers offered VBU to host the program and VBU accepted it. According to the VBU sources, more than 800 delegates from all over India are participating in this three-day long program. Besides this, the office bearers of the association have also arrived here because as per the rules of the association election/selection of new office bearers will also take place during this three-day-long conference. The VBU authorities have not left any stones unturned to make it a successful one. The finance committee of Vinoba Bhave University has already approved a budget of Rs 1.04 crore for this conference. Almost all the hotels of Hazaribagh town have been booked and occupied for providing lodging facility to the delegates by VBU. Some delegates are staying in the hostels and university guest house. Arrangements were made to bring them Hazaribagh from Ranchi and nearby railway stations.
